Our team has been actively involved in the short term apartment rental market since 2014. Over the years we have accumulated a wealth of personal and professional experience thanks to our exposure to owners and guests.

For every apartment we feature a tourist guide appropriate for the location, indicating the nearest sights, bars and restaurants. We may also put together a thematic package about the town based on the specific needs of our guests.
Scheduling and price optimization
The reservation schedule is kept up to date at all times. Prices are set based on seasonal trends in order to achieve maximum occupancy levels. Occupancy rates are to exceed 80% on an annual basis.
Arranging for Check-ins and Check-outs
Arrival and departure times are always checked with guests and our well trained staff stands ready to resolve conflicts that might arise.
Coordination of cleaning, laundry and maintenance services
Cleaning is done by our professional cleaning staff before each arrival. Bedclothes are cleaned by our professional laundry service. For general maintenance and repair work in the apartment, we employ our own maintenance staff.
Furnishing and planning
We give advice to our clients on how to furnish and plan the use of the apartment in accordance with current trends and if need be with the inclusion of an interior designer.
Taxation advice, invoicing
We do the invoicing of guests on behalf of the owners and provide our clients with up to date guidance on the best tax solutions. We fill out and submit tax returns to the National Tax Authority (NAV)
